So I think most of us are aware that Nathan Fillion is a big fan of Community, is good friends with Joel, and even that Dr. Heidi in 3x19 'Curriculum Unavailable' was written for him (Nathan sadly had to pull out due to scheduling conflicts).
Well about two weeks ago now (and forgive me for not posting this sooner, as my laptop was broken D:), Nathan Fillion did an IAMA over on Reddit in which he again expressed his desire to guest on Community. The fact that he listed our show and absolutely nothing else I think speaks volumes:
Please, TV gods, can this be a thing that actually happens soon?!

As long as Community don't end up with constant guest stars and ruining the show (like Glee obviously did). But I have WAY more faith in Community.
THIS. I think that Glee literally just started throwing guest stars into the show extraneously, which is what totally ruined it (well, the writing of the characters and ridiculous plots ruined it, too...) for me. I'd DIE if Matt, Karen, and Nathan were on. :D
