That was really interesting.I defintely agree on Troy Abed Pierce the Dean and Shirley,not completely about the others.
i don't agree about Jeff,he grew A LOT this past season,it's just a matter of baby steps,he still got a lot of road ahead,but that doesn't mean that he has'nt done anything.he's so not the same guy who took Duncan's test answers and wanted to get in Britta's a pants.not a bit.his basic personality traits remain,but he's evolved.
About Annie,yes she's still struggling to find herself,but i think law would be a good suit for her,i can totally see her doing that.
As for Britta,i'm acutally just glad she found something she is passionate about,and that allows her to help people like she always wanted,in a adult composed way.maybe this season she got dragged by her own aim,but i don't think this took her out of the group adventures at all.

i get what you say about Annie,health care administration would be good too,since she loves taking care of people and also her past gives her drive to do that job.i think those two choices are kind of like both sides of Annie's personality: on one hand the sweet caring one and on the other the passionate and crafty one.I don't know,maybe she could combine both and become legal nurse consultant(i think i heard about it somewhere).

I have a bit of an issue with her logic in some places. First, you can't say about Jeff: "It's time for some growth" and then list all of the various ways that he has demonstrably grown, and then act like none of it matters because he didn't 'grow' in the one area that you would prefer.

Same goes for Annie. Saying that she should grow/change more and then listing all of the many ways that she's actively tried to grow and change, all of the different hats she's tried on, and then saying it's not 'actual' growth. It's weird.

I also disagree with the idea that Britta is standing outside the group as an observer now that she's commenting on what's going on. Every character comments on what's going on, it's part of the 'metaness' of the show. She's just doing it in a more specific way than, "Hey, this is like that time we .... "

Anyway. I don't disagree with all of it, and I particularly loved her little piece about Troy, who really owned season three, but I just can't get on board with her declarations about characters followed by all of the things that prove her wrong. It's a weird way to make a point.
