Ok, everyone. Thanks for all the suggestions. I've given this some thought and I think that we should follow a rule for every character of the main cast. Here goes.
Take a drink everytime:
-Abed says "cool, cool, cool"
-Annie gasps or screams
-Britta goes into "Psych-Major" mode
-Jeff is texting on his phone
-Pierce says something offensive (race, religion, gender, homophobic)
-Shirley says "that's nice"
-Troy cries
-Dean or Chang uses their name as a pun.
There's one more:
The past two seasons, Annie has kissed someone in the season finale. If Community makes this 3-in-a-row with Annie locking lips with someone, TAKE 3 DRINKS.
The more people we get involved, the more entertaining this will be. Tweet (#CommunityDrinkingGame) to your friends. Post on Facebook, spread the word to other communities/boards. Make it happen! And I'll see you guys after the finale.
